John Erdos Home continues to celebrate its 20th Anniversary this year with the launch of "The Palm Springs Collection". It brings a new mid-century modern aesthetic appeal to the store. Created by the self-taught designer John Erdos himself, the new pieces not only have a retro vibe but also reflect Modernist architectural origins. Richard Neutra a pioneer of the mid-century modern movement on the West Coast of the United States was one of several architects that inspired him. "I started researching his work and it was referred to as 'a blend of art, landscape and practical comfort.' It resonated with me as I design furniture in much the same way." Erdos says.

Erdos' furniture and accessories can be found in homes around the world. Celebrity clients include Giorgio Armani, Julia Roberts, Helen Hunt, Susan Sarandon and others. John Erdos also sells display tables to Abercrombie and Fitch's Hollister division.

Well known for its furniture made from solid, reclaimed teak wood, John Erdos Home works with clients on customizing designs: color, functionality or specifications. Custom pieces are delivered within five to eight weeks. The store also has a collection of hand made Tibetan wool rugs designed by Erdos, which can be customized in color and size.
